Arie did a great job holding the ladder and eating the cherries 

then after picking slide and donuts :)

followed by helping grammy make jam and pie

new hair cut

and ended the night with a row boat ride

an afternoon/night out in Grand Haven

and so many boats to look at 

playing in the sand 

and water

looking for the sea boats

hopping on the rocks

then off to Fricanos for Pizza

pizza mama was the question for the LONG wait :) 

 then temptations to end the night!

garage sales

we learned it from the grandma 

to love a good garage sale!

so Thursday we went garage saling with grandma :) 

finding toys for friends

he is a helper

and loves to go and play with different toys while the mama looks

and usually pretty good leaving them behind 

but we must buy a sea boat when you see one!

and a leaf blower that has been a staple to his side ever since

he even covered it up next to his bed for nap time :)

and the blower love continues throughout the day

strawberries

galore type of a day

started off at the Downtown Market Strawberry Extravaganza

with friends

and boy did Arie and the kids have fun chasing each, crafting, snacking and being silly

then after a nap

it was off to pick strawberries with grandma

trying them out

he was so good at eating them :) 

helping grandma pick :) 

and the mama

 they were not the greatest berries this year

we managed to pick 4 qts each

maybe too late in the season or top late in the day

but regardless

they still taste great in a PIE

my favorite and a great reason to pick 

see you next year strawberry picking

drove to MES

and waited for papa to get home to head up north

we have arrived
