BUT...hopefully Arie will still want to eat them

he ate one tonight and didn't mind

but these little muffins have spinach, avocado, applesauce, banana

so heres to hoping hiding the goodness in bread form will work out :) 

oh mama...I am sure that is what Arie is thinking!
