we took at day trip to Chicago to see the Cubs

with Js parents and Aunt and Uncle [His cousin works for the Cubs, so visited with him also]

Such a fun day despite the rain and the fact we only saw 2 and 1/2 innings before it down poured

but we still got to hit MI Ave, see the bean and go out to eat

great day all around!

it was my work party at the Whitecaps

there was rain...kinda a lot

but we did not let that stop the fun!

It was so fun being able to spend an extended amount of time with them and their parents and their grandparents

we did not let the weather hold us back

we still biked 

went to the park

lots of cuddles

some sailed. some went to the mall

played games, toys and watched tv

so yes we did have LOTS of fun!

This past weekend we spent our annual [third year in a row] 

weekend in Traverse City with Jason's family

we spent lots of time on the beach

Miss Willa even enjoyed it

spent some time biking

spent some time by the campfire and smores
