mini vacation part one

We had a mini vacation last weekend

started off in Traverse City

or normal and favorite

and ventured off to Glen Arbor and sleeping bear dunes for the day

off we go with two tired buddies

and then we arrived and the monkey business began :) 

hanging out with Popa in the early morning his favorite

followed by his four wheeler ride 

then it was off on our day adventure

first stop these super loud airplanes!

and lunch at Arts Tavern

off to a little walk to a beach

then a quick stop at Sleeping Bear Dunes

Rowan fell asleep 

so Arie and I decided to climb

made it up the first hill

and then there were a couple pony rides to get to the top

but we made it!

and then the best part

then it was back to TC

for a quick swim

and time with cousin Ali

and a walk to ice cream before bed

Because the next day we were off to Mackinac Island!
