don't ask me...where this idea came from

his answer: we had milk that was about to spoil!?

But my husband was bound and determine to make ricotta cheese

milk. check

salt and vinegar.  check

pans. half check, for size

strainer.  no check

cheesecloth. no check

that did not stop him
