Birthday to me and Arie

me well 29 plus 2

and arie 8 months

it was a very happy day thanks to Arie, Papa and lots of family and friends well wishes

we had a pretty low key day, which was grand

Then it was time to play with mama and make her day 

 a quick trip to sietsemas for donuts :)

so glad to be able to celebrate with him today!

We had just a beautiful afternoon walking around

I just love it there.  So pretty

told J this is probably the first real meal I have made since Arie was born

he just laughed [ok a few others :) haha]

so what does this fancy meal look like...

umm cheese cracker breaded chicken and cabbage

and......homemade peach cobbler

and Arie trying Chicken and peas for the first time

he LIKED

I at least pretty much make all his food!

so there has to be a win :) 

hola to Labor

day weekend

can not believe that the 'summer' is over!

granted it can still be hot hot this month

we decided to make one more run to Traverse City 

family style

and we sure did have a blast

Almost ready to hit the road

Lets play on the beach with the boys

Little time at the park

little time downtown

and time inside

 Arie loves Uncle Jeff!

and a little cousin photo shoot :) 

and that is another successful bit of family time in Traverse City
